Buzz cut head measures 22 1/2 inches around just above the brow level. This fits just fine. Keeps my head warm in the cool and cool in the warm. For winter I wear a heavier beany under my helmet. This really keeps the sweat out of my eyes while mountain biking where you don't always generate a lot of air flow through the helmet. On the road bike it keeps my head from getting sun burnt through the vent holes. So if you are bald, then you should try one of these. If you aren't bald then I got no idea how this will work for you.

I used this a few times cycling. I guess it does wick and prevent sweat from dripping down my forehead but it definitely is not cool. This combined with my bike helmet made my head much warmer than with just the helmet.

Fits good under my motorcycle helmet and does it's job! I'd buy another.
