I am a registered dietitian working with a very nutrition savvy clientele. Before I recommend a product to my clients, I research it thoroughly and try it myself. The magnesium powder packets produced by OMG! Nutrition, is the real deal. Not only does the berry blast taste great, the bioavailability (how much is actively absorbed) of the magnesium is high when compared to other brands. Magnesium has been linked to better sleep and reduced stress which are benefits many people, including myself, are looking for. Other magnesium supplements that I have tried, gave me GI distress, but I experienced no side-effects with this product. If you've been looking for a magnesium supplement, I highly recommend trying this one.

Exceeded expectations
As a physical therapist specializing in chronic pelvic pain, I’ve always discussed use of magnesium with my patients. Most people don’t know that magnesium is necessary for the proper utilization of vitamin D (implicated in pelvic floor muscle dysfunction) and and is essential for absorption and metabolism of calcium. Studies conclude that magnesium intake increases bone density and helps reduce the risk of osteoporosis and related bone fractures.It’s been challenging to find a brand to recommend that is both high absorption (magnesium glycinate really is the best) and one that my patients will actually take (so many brands are large pills). A nutritionist friend told me about this brand and I really like it. It’s easy to take because you can put it in a smoothie or drink it throughout the day (win-win for those who don't drink enough), or to mix it into a yogurt (my preference!!) so I think this will help my patients maintain compliance. Nice to have a magnesium brand I feel good about recommending.

I am sleeping through night again!
I have been in search of a natural sleep aid for a while now. Most recently I was taking a natural juice concentrate, but that would leave me waking up groggy and feeling not fully rested. Then, I ordered the OMG! magnesium powder packets and, not only do they taste really good, I am sleeping through the night and waking up rested and energetic. I would highly recommend trying this product. I do feel calmer as well but not sure if that's because I am getting rest at night or also the magnesium :) either way, that's another positive I will mention here.

DELICIOUS, but very sweet, so use more water than recommended
I love this product! First of all, the type of magnesium it contains is absorbed well by the body, so you're actually getting a health benefit from using it. It tastes just like a regular water enhancer, without any chemical "supplement" aftertaste. It mixes fairly easily, however it's best to mix by shaking in a closed water bottle. It does also mix with a spoon in an open glass, but you're more likely to have some chunks that way. When I tried this in water, I really loved the taste, but it was a bit sweet so for me the ideal amount of water was 16oz (standard water bottle), instead of the recommended 10oz.My absolute favorite way to eat this has been mixed into plain (unsweetened, unflavored) yogurt. One packet tastes perfect whether the yogurt itself is small or large, and the result tastes just like berry yogurt. I haven't tried this in any other foods yet, but I think it would also taste good with vanilla ice cream, or even with milk as a light "milkshake".

I can sleep again!
I've been having difficulty sleeping for quite a while. A friend told me this type of magnesium (glycerinate) helps with relaxation and sleep. I've been drinking it for about a week now, and after day 4 really started to notice I was sleeping better. By day 7 I had slept through the night-woo hoo! I actually feel restored and have energy the next day! I've tried other magnesium products but they all upset my stomach so I stopped taking them. I like the taste of this one a lot. Planning on taking these with me on an overseas trip next week instead of melatonin (which makes me super groggy). So glad I found this - it's actually made a big difference in a short time.

so far, so good!
I always have good intent when I try supplements but I am really pretty bad at the follow-through. Not so with OMG! It's really easy to use, I actually enjoy the taste, and I don't feel like I am taking something that is "good for you" (you know, like wearing "sensible shoes"!) In recent months (ok, really a lot longer) I've had really strange sleeping patterns, have low energy ( that makes sense given the sleeping weirdness, right?) & the damn neuropathy that comes with Type 2 diabetes. I have only been taking OMG! ( LOVE that play on pop culture/magnesium!) for about 2 weeks, but I am noticing it's easier to get to sleep and am not noticing the leg cramping as much (which used to be bad at night). I just read that magnesium is helpful for type 2 diabetics/metabolix X syndrome, so I'm going to keep this up (yes,Ii said that out loud!) and see if what I am noticing since i began using OMG! continues. Stay tuned!

Works!
This magnesium supplement has helped a lot with my morning anxiety, and also doesn’t make me have to poo like other magnesium supplements. It tastes good enough and is super convenient. The only complaint is that the fine powder kinda gets everywhere if you rip open the packet hastily. But seriously, everyone should take this stuff, it’s so great for balancing out your body.

Yes! I'm sleeping!
I am not a great sleeper and also suffer from restless limb syndrome, so I am always trying different products and ideas to see what might work. I've been taking this for a few weeks now and I have definitely noticed an improvement in my quality of sleep. Good taste, easy to use, no side effects that I notice - except for the improved shuteye! Definitely worth giving this a try!
