The product is not working. Please help me replace it. I couldn’t even use it for the second time. It’s not even repairable

Package and delivery were good,It goes auto off and there is no timer control. The wax doesnot melt easily hence we need to wait for more than 20 minutes and wax hardens quickly

Difficult to clean and take out wax.
Due to the elevated part it's difficult to take the wax out.
