Best nasal spray for congestion I’ve ever used! Even though the amount is either 1 or 3 and they are never consistent with the amount you get buy and seem to be very difficult to get. I love this lroduct. It has never failed. Also a lot more expensive. I used to buy them for $7?each.

Me gustaría que tuviera mentol. En Europa mi hijo consiguió uno de la misma marca con mentol, buenísimo! Porque se añade la frescura! Ojalá puedan tener con mentol!

I was looking forward to this product after buying one in Germany and being amazed at how quickly it worked. I was under the impression that this would ship from UK (although I could not find that information on the website now). I was extremely surprised that the product arrived (securely packaged and with return receipt request) from ... Bulgaria. The only thing in English was the front of the packaging box (as in the Amazon product picture) but everything else on the packaging box (sides and back) and the Instruction sheet inside were in Cyrillic alphabet. The seller included a slip with instructions on how to use it in English, but none of the other information contained on the product label (ingredients, interactions, side effects etc). Sorry, but I think THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE CLEAR ON THE SITE. As of today there is no note on it being from an Eastern European country, just a line in the Product description Origin: Imported (India). Which I assumed was ok as most things in the US are imported.The bottles didn't have the safety seal on them either, so the spray cap could easily be taken off the bottle itself. It just made me wonder what's inside...could it be just saline water? (Disclaimer: That is just my personal and subjective opinion and fear). I am not sure if that is custom in India (were it's manufactured) but in the US you just don't use medicine that has no seal. So at this point I already decided I wouldn't use it, but my husband did (not knowing any of that) and complained to me that it didn't work so quickly this time around. Again, I understand these are just subjective opinions and observations on this particular product, and I am giving two stars for the shipper's effort to package it well, but I will wait to go to Europe next time to buy it.

I first discovered this product in Europe, and decided it was better than any I'd found in the US.This provider sends product from Turkey. I've ordered from him/her three times and been entirely pleased all three times. The product is well wrapped, works as well as the European version, and seems fresh.
