Needed this to train for my level 2 StrongFirst Kettlebell course because I had to military press this as a cert requirement. Says in the description the "handle isn't too thick, not too thin"....trust me its thick and rough. Even has white strips added the ends which wasn't pictured. Have no trouble swinging it, but for goblet squats, get-ups, and military presses this rough, big handle will jack up your hands quick. Honestly wish I just spent the money for nicer one now, because doing more and advanced techniques the quality of kettlebell comes more into play.

I really like OneFitWonder's line of kettlebells. They feel good in my small hands.

I love my kettle bell, it's just the right size for me being a beginner in kettle bell workouts and soon I will buy the larger one probably from the same vendor.

I like it well enough but the handle is a bit small for a mans hands and my hands are small anyway.

This is a quality bell with a great, smooth finish. The handle is a bit thick, but narrow, so it is a bit hard to grip with both hands (I have average size hands, I think). I typically do one handed exercises, though, so this isn't an issue. Great bell. I would purchase a 32 kg bell from these guys if they had one!
