Product box not in English
The box is written in Ukrainian. To me, it was not obvious from the web site photo. I assumed that what little was seen in the photo was the pharmaceutical name. It is impossible (For me, an English and partial Spanish speaker) to determine dosage, warnings, etc.

My son grew up having ear infection issues, lots of pain. These are the only drops that helped him tremendously. Thank you.

In Hungary now...using it as we speak
This stuff is great. I have a nasty ear infection that just wont quit. Oral analgesics are okay but not completely effective.I was on a ABT ear drop...no pain killing affect...I got so fed up...back to the doctor....and he said buy this...and boy...the difference. It has lidocaine...NOT FEELING pain is awesome....I still have an infection and cannot hear in my left ear, BUT: I am doing it PAIN FREE.PS. I don't work for this company, I am just a happy sick person who was prescribed this item.
