The Woom 3 is the perfect bike to improve bike riding and handling skills. The upright riding position of the Woom allows for easy balancing and a good view of the road. Let the passion for biking begin! The beginner friendly geometry is the centerpiece of the bike. It is designed to make riding bikes child's play. Designed for ages 4 to 6 years our 16” Woom 3 is best suited for riders with an overall height of 41"-47” and the bike weighs only 12.7 lb. The weight-optimized and high-quality A-6061 Aluminum frame construction offers a long wheelbase to support directional stability and a low center of gravity for safe balancing. The bike has a very low step-in height for easy mounting and dismounting and the purposefully designed fork and steering geometry guaranties stability. Our Woom 3 is equipped with quality Kenda Small Block 1.5" lightweight low-profile balloon tires offering great damping, rolling performance and a lot of grip - Schrader valves (car valves) to inflate easily. We selected an all-terrain tire suitable for road, mountain, and city-riding. The tires provide the optimal grip level on straightaways as well as corners. We made the braking concept easy: Easily identify the rear-hand brake by the green color of the lever. This avoids the mix-up of left and right brake. Our proprietary brake lever (Small Hand Reach) is designed to fit the smallest of hands. It can be operated even at very low-hand strength. The length and width of the woom cranks are purposefully designed to match the ergonomics of a child. Optimal gearing ratio covers all riding styles and uses. The freewheel offers significant advantages over the foot brake. Starting to ride and braking is easier with hand brakes only. Kids can react better and faster. Enjoy the ride - We build the lightest and most refined bikes for kids of all ages.

Love this bike - really lightweight
Love this bike - really lightweight, and my son was riding solo after less than an hour and half of 'practice' (cumulatively over a few days). He asks to go riding everyday. He loves that it has a freewheel, and he can pedal backwards "just like Daddy!". If we were using a regular big box store bike, I couldn't imagine him learning to ride without training wheels for some time. This bike is light. SUPER light. Our 4 year old has no trouble carrying it around. The little scoop/ledge on the back of the seat made helping him ride a breeze, because we didn't have to hold onto the handlebars with him.Minus one star for a couple reasons - for what we paid, I was expecting a little better quality. The logo on the front of the bike halfway peels off every other day. The back brake will not stay tight. The slipping brake has resulted in a couple big tumbles. We check it now before every ride. The brake levers are pretty carved into now, and the front reflector broke off. When you're 4, the reflectors are a big deal. He loves the bike, so that's all that matters! Issues aside, we won't hesitate to upgrade to the Woom 4 when he outgrows this one.

We love Woom bikes
This is the second Woom bike that we have purchased for our son. He started riding when he was 2 with a Strider bike, when he was 3 we got him a Woom 2 and for Christmas this year we got him a Woom 3 (he's 4). These bikes are great, very easy for him to ride and we never have an issue with them. I've seen some of the other bikes that the neighborhood kids have and none come close to the Woom. They are all too heavy for the kid, aren't made as well and just don't have the attention to detail that the Woom does. They can stand up to a beating too! The weight rating is 125lbs! The only issue that we ran into is one when we purchased the bike. On Amazon it says that the Woom 3 comes with a kickstand and bell (when we purchased the Woom 2 it came with a kickstand and bell, so that was what we expected with the 3). When I unboxed the bike there was no kickstand or bell. I couldn't find how to contact the seller or Woom on Amazon so I had to leave a review about the issue. I went onto Woom's website and purchased a kickstand (I pulled the bell off of the Woom 2 bike and moved it over). I was contacted by Woom a few days later and they explained that the bikes don't come with kickstands or bells anymore and that the Amazon description was incorrect (they are waiting for Amazon to update it). They refunded me the cost of the kickstand too. Great customer service to go along with a great bike. I highly recommend buying, you won't regret it!

Nice bike, but not the European version as pictured!
I really like the Woom bikes. There are however two things I dislike. Firstly, the stem does not have a cap and there is no mechanism to preload the headset. This is totally stupid. I bought my first Woom 2 in Europe and I was told by Woom Austria that there is a special tool for this. Whatever this tool is, it should come with the bikes.Secondly, if you buy this bike here, you actually do not get the same bike as from Woom Austria. I bought the second Woom (3) from Amazon and it comes from Woom USA and it is a different bike. The frame design is different and so are some of the components. You actually get a nice and light bike, but it is not the pictured bike! Most details and parts were actually nicer on the European version of the Woom 2 in comparison to this Woom 3 from Woom USA. The main differences were on the frame: Tubeset and tube diameters (differently butted and larger on the smaller Woom 2), dropouts, gussets etc. The small differences related to saddle, seatpost, brakes etc. were actually not so bad, but the new frame was a little disappointing. Woom USA never responded to my inquiries! Amazon did. In the end I kept the bike and my children are happy.

Perfect right out of the box
So far I’m very very pleased with this bike. We purchased my big and tall 5 year old an expensive 20” bike from our local bike shop with training wheels but he just couldn’t seem to get the hang of it. It was big and heavy/clunky and probably a great bike if he already knew how to ride, but he needed something to learn on. I did a ton of research and decided on the 16” Woom for him. Got it today and it’s beautiful! Haven’t even put the pedals on and my son is using it as a balance bike already! It’s light and easy to maneuver. The perfect size for him to learn— and he’s 49in tall for reference. Also love the color coded break system. This is a winner! And I have a younger son who will no doubt inherit this beauty.

My child was riding this bike his first try
My child had the Woom 1 balance bike and it made the transition to the Woom 3 pedal bike easy for him. The low center of gravity, light weight, and upright seating position allows him to ride comfortably and with confidence- no training wheels needed! He mastered the hand brake on the Woom 1, which is great because the omission of the coaster brake has made learning the pedals more forgiving. The Woom system is expensive but the quality of the bikes and the ease of use for tikes makes them worth every penny. Highly recommended!!!

Great light well built bike
My son is 42" tall and almost 4 years old and loves this bike from the moment it arrived. The bike even came with a spare rear rim and all the tools needed to put it together in minutes. We ride a lot of rail trails and I watched my son struggle with heavy steel frame poorly built bikes and was so happy to find this on Amazon. It is exceptionally light and extremely well built....worth every penny. Great seller as well that answered my call and handled some basic questions that I had.

Worth the money
I was hesitant to buy the bike because of the price but it has been worth every penny. It has a great looking design and is EXTREMELY lightweight. I didn’t think they weight difference would be noticeable but all of the neighborhood kids on the block want to take turns riding this bike. I highly recommend it.

Great bike comes without a kickstand
The bike is great, perfect for earlier riders. My 4 years old rides on it without difficulty. For a bike at this price, it's however a little stingy that not coming with a bell and a kickstand, as I found that in some countries they do come altogether. I have to find these parts myself from abroad and spend pricy shipping fee just because I can't even find them here in Canada. For the accessories issue, if anyone does care about not to let the highend kid bike lies on pavement, consider twice for that. And again, the bike itself is perfect.

An investment - yes, but worth it!
Amazing first “big boy” bike for my 4 year old. We were a little Hearst initially to splurge for something which is almost as expensive as our bikes but it was a very easy bike to learn on. Loved the fact it has proper hand brakes instead of back pedal brakes. Super light, my kiddo can easily lift it himself. He learned to ride quickly on it and the ease in which he has learned to ride makes this bike worth it in my opinion.

Worth it!
The media could not be loaded. Lightweight so perfect for my 4 year old to push off. Also doesn’t scruff and scratch easily. Worth the investment!

Great customer service
Fantastic bike (even though a bit $$), my daughter absolutely loves it. Well-built, kid-friendly bike. Customer service was also impeccable when some items were missing from the shipment.
