What a freaking life saver!!! I have spent tons of money on flats and heels and then have to give them away/ sit in my closet because I would get some serious blisters on my heel...to the point that I would bleed. I bought these and I was so weary that they would work...could these be the solution to my problem? ....uh....YES! Tested them on brand spankin new flats (could have gone so wrong...what was I thinking? But it worked out) I literally have NEVER been able to walk in flats for more than twenty minutes before the cuts/blister start to set in. My feet have been comfy all day...NO blisters, No blood. Super soft and pain free...I am one of the most sensitive ppl on the planet that I didn’t think it work but IT FREAKIN DOES!! GET THEM!!! FREAKIN LIFE SAVERS or should I say feet savers😏🤪

I use them in cowgirl boots that are a little big. Once I got them in the right spot and they stuck to the boot, they seem to work ok. The only complaint I have is that on insert on my right boot tends to roll down when I put my foot in the boot. I have to be careful. But the insert on the left works just fine. I would definitely purchase again. I've had them about 2 weeks, and I am still using the same inserts. This pack will last me a while.

They do the job of keeping your heels from rubbing against your shoe - I have no more blisters!! Rated 4 out of 5 stars just because they do move around, so when i put on my shoes i have to hold them in place, but they generally stay where they need to while you're walking.

The product was made with quality. The adhesive sticks good but if you leave it on and need to reattach , it stuck to my footbed and pulled it out. This just did not work for me . I just got some insoles that works better for me

I wish they weren't so firm, more memory foam-y would be more comfortable. They're akwardlu designed, the heel doesnt hug you like you would want when your trying to get your shoes to fit, the shoe still slips off of my heel. Also, the adhesive didn't last long.

I have a pair of heel that I love but every time I wear them and try to walk I end up walking out of them which can result in a dangerous slip and fall and made me contemplate getting rid of them. With these I was able to walk around comfortably without my heel lifting out

Really great for heel protection, especially the type of shoe with elastic at the back.

I ordered these to put into some heels that are a little too big. While they are very soft and comfortable to walk on, these inserts do not stick well to the back/sole of the shoe. The soft, fabric outer layer of the insert also separated from the gel portion after only a few wears. These work well for heels that are only worn on occasion but aren't durable enough to put in shoes that are worn often.
